If you are using 1Link.pro on behalf of a company or individual, you agree that you are authorized by them to act and you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for anything that happens to your account, so keep your login details and password secure and do not share them with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your Links (URLs)

All the links from your created pages must be appropriate for all audiences and must not infringe on someone else's rights.

It is important that your URL is suitable for all audiences and does not infringe on anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights (such as copyrights and trademarks).

You cannot use the name of someone else (such as a celebrity), a brand or company, have a URL that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene, or create an account with a username with which you have no connection just to profit from it in the future (known as “Domain Squatting”).

If any of these issues occur with your account, we will consider the circumstances reasonably and may require you to change it (and we may reassign it to someone else). If you refuse, we may suspend or cancel your account. If someone claims that your Pages and or URLs infringe their intellectual property rights, that person will need to fill out an intellectual property report.

1link.pro has not reviewed all the pages linked to its website and is not responsible for their content. The presence of a link does not imply that 1link.pro endorses the site. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of any linked site.

• you will not use or authorize others to use automated scripts or other data collection tools to collect information from your profile or the Platform;
• you will not publish any unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or endorsement.

We may prohibit content and take the measures we deem necessary, including removing content or restricting access to it or the Platform.

What We Can Do with Your Content

By creating a page and posting content on 1link.pro, you give us the right to display, use, and share it.

You will retain all your rights to your content. But remember that your content will be publicly accessible and may be used and shared again by other people on the Internet.

Please do not share personal information you do not want to be visible to the world and never post social security numbers, passport data, or similar information that could cause harm in the wrong hands. You may only post personal information related to other people when you have their consent and have kept a record of it.

We do not have to monitor the accuracy, reliability, or legality of your content, but we may choose to do so. We may modify, remove, or restrict access to content at any time in accordance with these Terms or apply a sensitive content warning to content we deem inappropriate for all audiences.

Your Visitors and Customers

You are responsible for the visitors to your profile, including customers who purchase goods or services through your pages (“End Users”).

You are solely responsible (i) for how End Users use and interact with your page and your content; (ii) for complying with all laws in relation to your End Users and all transactions between you and the End Users made through your pages.

The Application Contains Open Source Software.

The application contains open source software. Certain open source software components are subject to their own applicable license terms. To the extent that such license terms do not allow the relevant open source component to be licensed to you under these Terms, these Terms will not apply to that component, and your rights and obligations in relation to that component will be governed by the applicable license terms.

Ad Display

By using the 1link.pro platform, you agree to the following terms related to ad display:

• Criteria for Ad Display: Ads may be displayed on your pages when the number of views exceeds 5,000 or the page view limit of the contracted plan.
• Types of Ads: Ads displayed may be provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense, or by 1link.pro itself.
• Ad Removal: VIP plan users have the option to remove ads from their pages, except if they exceed the page view limit of the contracted plan.
• Exceeding the Page View Limit: If the page view limit of the contracted plan is exceeded, the page will continue to function normally, but: Ads may be displayed on the pages, even for VIP, PRO, and PREMIUM users. Some features, such as the Funnel, may be disabled until the next billing cycle.

Use of Step Funnels

By using the step funnel functionality on the 1link.pro platform, you agree to the following terms:

• Responsibility for Captured Data: 1link.pro is not responsible for the use of information captured through step funnels. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including LGPD and GDPR.
• Obtaining Consent: It is the users' responsibility to obtain appropriate consent from leads before capturing and using their personal information.
• Legal Compliance: Users must ensure that the use of captured data complies with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
• Data Security and Management: The security, storage, and management of information captured through step funnels are the responsibility of the users. 1link.pro only provides the platform to facilitate the capture of this information.

Liability

We are not responsible for the use of the Platform and you are responsible for maintaining backups of your own content.

We are not responsible for any damages incurred during the use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for the proper protection and backup of your data, content, and devices used in connection with the Platform.

You will indemnify us for any loss resulting from a breach by you of these Terms or from a third-party claim made against us in relation to your content.

Neither of us will be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, privacy, data, goodwill, or other economic advantage), whether by breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we are aware that such damage is possible.

Disclaimer

Your use of 1link.pro and any content contained on the Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) uptime or availability, or any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

1Link.pro provides no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including that:

• the Platform will operate uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any time or location;
• any errors or defects will be corrected;
• the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components;.
• the Platform is effective or the results of using the Platform will meet your needs; or any content on the Platform (including any user content) is complete, accurate, reliable, suitable, or available for any purpose.

Report Fraud or Abuse

We take our users' security very seriously. If you identify or suspect any fraud or abuse related to the use of the platform, please report it immediately.

Canceling Your Account

Depending on the non-compliance, we may not exercise this right to suspend or cancel your account, but if there is repeated non-compliance or significant non-compliance, it is likely that we will. If we suspend or cancel your account, we will generally notify you in advance (although it is not mandatory), and you will not receive a refund for any fees paid in advance.

If you believe your account has been mistakenly canceled or if you have any issues with these Terms or the Platform, please email [email protected]. Both we and you will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in good faith, and neither of us will initiate any legal action over the issue until we have spent at least 1 month attempting to resolve it.

Occasionally, we may make changes to the Platform or these Terms. If the change has a significant negative impact on you, we will notify you in advance.

We may need to change these Terms from time to time to reflect business updates, changes on the Platform (including if we decide to discontinue any functionality, feature, or part of the Platform), legal or commercial reasons, or otherwise to protect our legitimate interests.

We may make these changes at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms occasionally for any changes. However, if a change has a materially adverse effect on you, we will make our best efforts to notify you at least 1 month before the change takes effect (for example, through a notification on the Platform).

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms are considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, we ask that you stop using the platform and cancel your account.

These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies we link to) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in connection with the Platform. No other terms shall be included, except as required by law. All implied terms, except those implied by law that cannot be excluded, are expressly excluded.
